- Lo que creás es tuyo: los patrones, texturas y mapas que generás con ezPatterns podés usarlos libremente en proyectos personales y comerciales (ilustraciones, productos, packaging, juegos, impresiones, etc.), sin pagar regalías ni dar crédito.
- Licencia del plugin: ezPatterns Free es gratuito. ezPatterns Pro se licencia por persona, vinculado a la cuenta de Adobe con la que lo comprás, y podés usarlo en todas tus computadoras con esa cuenta.
- Lo que no está permitido: copiar, revender, redistribuir, modificar o hacer ingeniería inversa del plugin o de su código, ni compartir la versión Pro con otras personas.
- Imágenes y fuentes propias: si cargás una imagen o usás una fuente, sos responsable de tener los derechos para usarla.
- Compras y reembolsos: la versión Pro se vende a través del Marketplace de Adobe Creative Cloud y el pago lo procesa FastSpring. Los reembolsos siguen las políticas de Adobe y FastSpring; si tenés un problema, escribinos y te ayudamos.
- Sin garantías: ezPatterns se ofrece "tal cual". Hacemos lo posible para que funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que esté libre de errores ni que sea compatible con todas las versiones de Photoshop. Recomendamos guardar tu trabajo antes de usarlo.
- Responsabilidad: en la medida que permita la ley, no somos responsables por pérdidas de datos, daños o perjuicios derivados del uso del plugin o del sitio. Nuestra responsabilidad máxima se limita al monto que pagaste por la licencia.
- Cambios: podemos actualizar el plugin y estos términos. Si cambian, la fecha de arriba se actualiza.
- Ley aplicable: estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República Argentina.

- What you create is yours: you can freely use the patterns, textures and maps you make with ezPatterns in personal and commercial projects (illustrations, products, packaging, games, prints, etc.), royalty-free and with no attribution required.
- Plugin license: ezPatterns Free is free of charge. ezPatterns Pro is licensed per person, tied to the Adobe account used to buy it, and can be used on all your computers signed in with that account.
- Not allowed: copying, reselling, redistributing, modifying or reverse engineering the plugin or its code, or sharing the Pro edition with other people.
- Your own images and fonts: if you load an image or use a font, you are responsible for having the rights to use it.
- Purchases and refunds: the Pro edition is sold through the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace and payments are processed by FastSpring. Refunds follow Adobe's and FastSpring's policies; if you have a problem, write to us and we will help.
- No warranty: ezPatterns is provided "as is". We do our best to make it work well, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or compatible with every Photoshop version. Please save your work before using it.
- Liability: to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or damages arising from the use of the plugin or the website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
- Changes: we may update the plugin and these terms. If they change, the date above is updated.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
